Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate will carry out detailed schedule analysis of project delays applying sound and recognized methodologies and techniques combined. Specific duties may include:
- Develop, review and scrutinize baseline and updated schedules
- Perform detailed delay analysis on various types of projects using appropriate delay analysis techniques
- Apply critical path methodologies and cause and effect analysis in reaching findings and opinions
- Draft extension of time claims and assist in the preparation of expert reports
Skills and Experience
- Candidates must have extensive experience of different methods of delay analysis and claims preparation and defense
- Candidates have site experience and strong understanding of construction methods and means.
- Extensive experienced user with Primavera P6
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A relevant Degree or similar equivalent qualification is desired
